The Institute of International Relations would like to invite you to a seminar named "China-Japan relations in the context of current competition between China, Russia, and the United States". Professor Kawashima will explain Vice President Pence's speech about China, which was held in October 4th 2018, and will take a closer look on the transition of China's foreign policy in connection with Xi Jinping's message to the world from 2016 and future provisional image in 2049.
Besides the Chinese's foreign policy transition, the Abe administration towards China regarding the Japan's proposal to China for maintaining the dialogue on intellectual property rights.
