Petr Kratochvíl elected to new TEPSA Board
A remarkable achievement materialises for our colleague as he is elected to the new TEPSA board.
Trans European Policy Studies Association, commonly known as TEPSA, is the oldiest organisation of its kind in Europe and has a first-class reputation and position. The Board members’ mandate, starting on 1 January 2020, has a duration of 3 years and is renewable. The board was elected by the TEPSA General Assembly in Zagreb on 28 November.
TEPSA associates 44 leading research institutions from 37 countries. The organisation is involved in a number of trans-european research projects such as Horizon 2020, Jean Monnet/Erasmus+ or Europe for Citizens. TEPSA regularly wins the public tenders in the field of providing expertise for the European Parliament. More details here.
Prof. Petr Kratochvíl is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague. In his research he focuses, among other topics, on European integration, its institutional reform and EU enlargement.

Náš kolega profesor Petr Kratochvíl uspěl při volbě za člena Rady prestižní asociace TEPSA. Novou Radu, v níž zasedá 12 špičkových akademiků a akademiček z celé Evropy, zvolilo valné shromáždění TEPSA na konci listopadu v Záhřebu.
TEPSA je nejstarší transevropská výzkumná asociace v oblasti evropských studií, která sdružuje 44 špičkových výzkumných institucí z 37 zemí. TEPSA je zapojena do řady transevropských výzkumných projektů typu Horizon 2020, Jean Monnet/Erasmus+ či Europe for Citizens. Pravidelně vítězí ve veřejných tendrech v oblasti poskytování expertízy pro Evropský parlament.
